Returns and Refunds Policy

At Gabriel Adventures, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund. Since Gabriel Adventures operates on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be arranged through direct communication with you. Refunds may be provided as store credit or via agreed methods of reimbursement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, cannot be returned or refunded.
